The new version of SonarTRX (10.14) has an improved viewer with zoom capabilities and automatic image correction. Image adjustment factors can also be saved individually for each channel. There are also tools to calculate or manually digitize depth for use during slant range correction. For additional information and list of changes, please see the SonarTRX website. To ShipWreck World forum members, It is now easier to create geo-referenced images from your sidescan surveys using SonarTRX and Lowrance StructureScan sonars. The full version of SonarTRX (10.11) sonar software now supports Lowrance .SL2 and .SLG files. There is no longer need to generate XTF files in order to load the sidescan data. SonarTRX-LSS is a lower-cost version of SonarTRX that supports Lowrance StructureScan files only (.SL2 and .SLG) Tore tore@sonartrx.com http://www.sonartrx.com

SonarTRX v10.10 includes a simple (constant) adjustment for towfish layback, cross-track offset and transducer rotation when generating a set of image-tiles from the sonar recording. More information can be found at www.sonartrx.com Tore
