Hi all.

can someone point me in the right direction...one of my benthos 1500's is fuzzy and dull on the starboard side swath, both in real time and post processing....while the port side is great...i assume i dropped a channel, but how to fix?

It may be that the starboard transducer has been damaged or has become defective over time.

Did you notice that the starboard channel was degrading over time?

Can the starboard transducer be replaced?

Can you swap the port and starboard transducers to check if both are functional?

Regards, Jim

I'd agree.. if it happened gradually it's degradation. Hell it could have been dropped or hit the side of the ship and was damaged. good luck.
