I am trying to get some information on a ship called Rita. It sailed out of Poole, UK to France and Spain. In 1926, it caught fire off of the coast of Gurnsey and sank. The official ship number is 51208

Pictures plus any information on the accident would be great

The date was 13th Jan 1926, and it ran onto the breakwater at Alderney and was salved. I think it set sail on 12th Jan out of Poole

It ran onto the breakwater at Alderney on January 13, 1926, and was salved. I believe it departed Poole on January 12th.
