Identity of a Napa River Shipwreck?

Looking for the name and history of a shipwreck in the Napa River; it is visible on the East side of the channel just North of Slaughterhous, and is marked on most charts as NAPA RIVER WRECK BUOY WR4.

that's either the USS Cory or an unknown ship, there's another one within a mile of the Cory which is stuck on land, the ship I cant identify is submerged under water, you can see it on google earth if go back a couple years to were there's low tide
