email is raykasaija@hotmail.com and i have a company incorporated specifically for that purpose. will be grateful if we could combine resources and skills so as to refloat them wrecks and convert them into floating hotels, known as houseboats in the tourism language.
shall be grateful for your help if you could get me the list of ship wrecks in lake victoria and also get me in touch with scuba divers ready for the adventure. shall have to get into some kind of legal arrangement before we get the party started.
